Anti-acne routine: adults vs. teenagers

Adult acne vs adolescent acne: what are the differences?

In adolescents, acne is usually caused by hormonal changes. It occurs most frequently in areas where the sebaceous glands are most concentrated and most active: in the T zone of the face (forehead, nose and chin) but also on the back and chest.

In adults, acne can also be caused by hormonal fluctuations (linked to the menstrual cycle, pregnancy or menopause) but also by high levels of stress, an unbalanced lifestyle or even a poor diet ( excess refined sugar, gluten, alcohol, etc.). This is most often visible on the jaw, chin and neck.

Adult acne vs adolescent acne: how to overcome it with natural supplementation?

Adolescent or adult, the common characteristic of acne is inflammation.

To treat inflammation from the inside, the most effective natural solution is to take a 3-month course of PROPOLIS, the natural anti-inflammatory active par excellence (pay attention of course to the quality of the propolis, it must present a high concentration of polyphenols to be effective).

PROTOCOL

We recommend a treatment (minimum) of 3 months at a rate of 1 ampoule per day, taking a break of 10 days every 20 days of treatment. So 20 days of taking, 10 days of break, 20 days of treatment, etc., for a minimum of 3 months. In the event of an inflammatory flare-up, increase to 3 ampoules per day until the attack passes, then return to 1 ampoule per day.

In addition, we recommend taking Fresh Pollen daily to rebalance the intestinal flora (directly linked to the skin flora) and provide a maximum of antioxidants (to help reduce inflammation, in addition to propolis).
