Matcha & pollen smoothie recipe
- 1 banana
- 1 handful of frozen mango
- 1 to 2 handfuls of baby spinach
- 1 teaspoon of matcha tea
- 1 teaspoon of almond puree
- 200 ml of vegetable milk
- optional: 1 teaspoon of ashwagandha
- 1 case of fresh pollen
Rinse the spinach leaves. Mix all the ingredients in the blender, except the fresh pollen to sprinkle once the smoothie is poured into a mug.
