The 5 foods to choose for beautiful skin

The 5 foods to choose for beautiful skin according to Marine Constantieux, Naturopathy student.

The water

Hydration is absolutely key to maintaining skin quality, it is the first beauty step. It is advisable to drink at least 1.5 liters of pure, lightly mineralized water.

Raw or steamed vegetables

Especially those with dark green leaves rich in chlorophyll, vegetable juices. Seasonal fruits, preferably whole or in smoothies to preserve their fiber.

Fermented foods

Sauerkraut, kimchi, miso, lacto-fermented citrus fruits and of course, fresh pollen ... healthy intestinal flora helps reduce inflammation and balance the skin.

Sources of Omega 3

Small fatty fish (sardines, mackerel, herring, etc.) and good organic vegetable oils (camelina, flax, hemp, walnuts, rapeseed). To nourish the skin from the inside and for their anti-inflammatory role.

A super antioxidant booster

Among my favorites: chaga, wheat germ, matcha tea, raw cocoa, wild blueberries, sprouted seeds and of course fresh pollen ! Antioxidants protect our tissues from the effects of oxidative stress, limiting premature aging of the skin.
