Fresh pollen for all ages
Fresh pollen is the most complete food in the world, according to naturopaths. Thanks to its richness in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, probiotics and antioxidants, it offers numerous nutritional benefits for all ages.
Fresh pollen for children and teenagers
For children and teens, bee pollen can be an excellent source of nutrients to support their growth and development. It is rich in protein, which is essential for tissue development, and contains vitamins and minerals to support overall health. It also contains vitamin B1 which is necessary for the synthesis of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine (essential for the development and proper functioning of the nervous system.) and for energy metabolism. Thanks to its richness in lactic ferments, its probiotic action will help maintain the intestinal flora and strengthen the immune system, particularly important during the cold season.
Recommendations: For children we recommend 1 tsp. to c. minimum per day and teenagers 1 tbsp. to s. ( FLORICIA or “ ORGANIC ENERGY & BEAUTY ”). But pollen is a food so there is no maximum dose! They can consume it all year round, and increase the quantities, especially teenagers!
Fresh pollen for pregnant and breastfeeding women
Fresh pollen during preconception
As important for the future mother as for the future father, taking fresh pollen will revitalize the body by filling in deficiencies and replenishing it with good nutrients and micronutrients (proteins, vitamins and minerals).
Fresh pollen during pregnancy
During pregnancy, fresh pollen is important for mom and baby.
Very dense in micronutrients, fresh pollen will help meet nutritional needs (especially those which increase the most during this period: energy needs, proteins, iron and vitamin B) and provide what is necessary for baby's development.
The digestive enzymes found naturally in fresh pollen will also improve digestion and transit (often compromised during pregnancy) while optimizing the absorption of nutrients.
It is also beneficial to combat pregnancy disorders: inappetence, bloating, constipation, fatigue and infections.
Fresh pollen for childbirth
Thanks to its exceptional source of prebiotics and probiotics, fresh pollen will be very important for strengthening the intestinal flora! When a woman gives birth vaginally, she transmits to the newborn the bacteria from her vaginal flora which themselves depend on her intestinal flora. Thus, a mother who has healthy intestinal flora in the last weeks of her pregnancy will be able to pass it on to her child. This will allow the child to develop healthy intestinal flora and in turn will strengthen their immune system.
Fresh pollen during breastfeeding
Taking pollen after childbirth will help you recover better by providing essential nutrients such as proteins, vitamins and minerals. And thanks to its richness in amino acids, particularly tryptophan, it will help stimulate milk secretion. And as mentioned above, thanks to its probiotic action, fresh pollen will maintain the newborn's intestinal flora and provide essential nutrients through breast milk to promote the establishment of good intestinal flora and a good immune system.
Recommendations: We recommend 2 tbsp. to c. (minimum) of our fresh FLORICIA pollen (the richest in prebiotics and probiotics) during breakfast (plain or in a compote, on a fruit salad, etc.) ideally throughout the pregnancy. At a minimum, the last trimester of pregnancy and during breastfeeding.
Fresh pollen for the elderly
Fresh pollen is an exceptional source of micronutrients to support the elderly, who often have higher nutritional needs than young adults. Its richness in antioxidants and probiotics will help strengthen the immune system and help the body protect itself against infections and diseases.
Its anti-inflammatory properties will help reduce inflammation in the body (often associated with chronic illnesses such as osteoarthritis). Its richness in micronutrients will also help stimulate energy and vitality!
Recommendations: We recommend 2 tbsp. at c (minimum). of fresh pollen ORGANIC ENERGY & BEAUTY during breakfast (plain or in a compote, on a fruit salad, etc.) every day.
