The real good routine for soft and luminous hair
Between pollution, the accumulation of synthetic products, stress... our hair undergoes numerous attacks all year round. Just like our skin, we must treat them delicately and choose clean ingredients!
2 factors affect hair quality:
- Product quality:
Be careful not to be (too) seduced by conventional treatments, full of silicones, parabens and other chemical ingredients, which give the impression of doing good to the hair, but which, in the long term, suffocate and denature it. (not to mention the impact on the environment).
These are “bandage” products, they do not treat the root problems. The only effective solution in the long term: use natural, organic care, in affinity with the constituents of our scalp and our hair.
- The order of use of the products:
To deeply nourish the hair, treatments (oils/masks) must be applied BEFORE shampooing (because water closes the scales, the treatments penetrate much less well).
Shampoo should have no other function than that of purifying and soothing.
Here is the routine:
We always start with a dry oil bath BEFORE shampooing. If your scalp is dry, you can also apply it on it by massaging it well. Leave for 30 minutes.
Without removing the oil, we then apply ON THE LENGTHS (here, never on the scalp) the Nutritious Hair Mask. Leave for 10 minutes.
Shampoo twice, massaging the scalp well. Be careful, use a gentle shampoo, without sodium laureth sulfate, parabens and silicones. Our shampoo contains an anti-dandruff active ingredient, which is also suitable for people without dandruff. It will then have a cleansing effect on the scalp. Finish by applying the hair mask for 2 minutes on the lengths, for its detangling power.
And in IN, we opt for a superfood treatment essential for beautiful hair: FRESH POLLEN
Extremely effective on hair loss, on the balance of the scalp, and on the overall health of the hair fiber.
As with the skin, having healthy hair also comes from diet!
Fresh pollen contains EVERYTHING hair needs to be healthy: proteins, zinc, vitamin A, beta-carotene, vitamin B5, essential fatty acids, vitamin E...
Do at least a 6-week treatment (= 2 trays) but ideally, take fresh pollen daily.
