The rosacea and rosacea routine
The causes of rosacea and rosacea
According to recent research, in addition to a genetic predisposition, rosacea is the result of an exaggerated immune response . Scientists believe that there is an underlying abnormality of facial vascularization, resulting in flushing and permanent erythema. This results in a disruption of the antimicrobial peptides of the skin's immune system, which could promote increased colonization of Demodex folliculorum, a mite usually found in the follicles of the face. It is currently this small parasite that we suspect is responsible for the inflammatory phenomenon, which is triggered or worsens depending on different factors. The inflammatory phenomenon can be limited by identifying the triggering or aggravating factor(s) (factors that vary from one person to another), and by accompanying your dermatological treatments with APICIA.
Trigger factors for rosacea and rosacea
01. Emotional factors
Improve your stress management thanks to sophrology or any technique allowing you to better manage your emotions.
02. Climatic factors
Limit exposure to cold, wind (especially cold wind), sun (systematically use SPF50+ sun protection, all year round).
03. Dietary factors
Avoid spicy foods and hot drinks.
Eat a healthy, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant diet/supplement. Limit red meats, dairy products, processed foods, alcohol, gluten as much as possible. Favor green vegetables, red fruits, olive oil, nuts and fatty fish, and of course, products from apitherapy.
Please note: take 1 large tablespoon of FRESH POLLEN every morning (start with a course of FLORICA then continue with DERMICIA ) , ideally with fruit (strengthens the intestinal flora – directly linked to the skin flora, alkalizing, super antioxidant. ..) and do a treatment of PROPOLIS (super anti-inflammatory and super-antioxidant) for 3 months at a dose per day. In case of crisis, triple the doses. Also take draining and depurative infusions, such as burdock and wild pansy.
04. Immune factors
Modulate the immune response by taking PROPOLIS (which is a reference immunomodulator and therefore really interesting for fundamentally correcting the problem of rosacea-rosacea). Same dosage as previously indicated.
05. Dermatological factors
Control Demodex folliculorum with specific creams (see your dermatologist) and have an ultra-gentle and targeted care routine (remove all irritating cosmetics which aggravate symptoms, favor 100% natural and organic cosmetics, alcohol-free, containing calming, anti-inflammatory and sebum-regulating active ingredients).
The recommended skincare routine to treat rosacea and rosacea
01. Cleansing and makeup removal
In the evening, systematic double makeup removal : Organic Makeup Remover Oil then Organic Cleansing Jelly .
In the morning, a single cleansing is enough, with Organic Cleansing Jelly . Dry your face with a soft cotton towel (be careful, one wrong move, too aggressive, can damage your skin).
