Strawberry, raspberry & fresh pollen smoothie
- 2 handfuls of fresh strawberries and raspberries
- 1 handful of frozen mango
- 1 banana
- 1 rounded case of wheat germ
- 1 case of camelina oil
- 200ml of vegetable milk
- 1 case of fresh Dermicia pollen
- Coconut shavings
Mix all the ingredients in the blender. Pour into a bowl and add fresh pollen, coconut shavings and fresh fruit as desired.
