FRESH POLLEN, 3 EASY RECIPES FOR BREAKFAST

Fresh pollen has been one of my favorite superfoods for 4 years now!
It's good for the body and the bonus: it looks so pretty on the plate. We now know that the visual is very important for the taste experience and for the way in which the body will assimilate micronutrients. So this food with countless virtues is EVERYTHING good ;)
Today I wanted to share some breakfast recipes with you, to show you concretely how to integrate fresh pollen into your daily life. Morning is the ideal time to take it since it also acts as a probiotic, but in reality you can take it at any time since it is a real food, very complete and dense in essential nutrients .

01. Collagen Booster Smoothie
A recipe full of freshness when you're not really hungry - the smoothie is a good solution for getting a good supply of essential nutrients without burdening the digestive system.
Ingredients
- A handful of raspberries (or another seasonal fruit you like)
- 1 tsp of camu-camu powder (the superfood richest in vitamin C to boost collagen production)
- ½ avocado
- 1 tsp walnut oil
- Water or vegetable milk (1/2-1 glass depending on the desired texture!)
- 1-2 tbsp of Fresh Pollen as a topping
Recipe
Blend everything except the pollen in a blender until you get a smooth smoothie. Pour into a tall glass and sprinkle with pollen.
02. Comforting cardamom porridge
Perfect for fall-winter to start the day with warmth and good inside & out…
Ingredients
- 50 g of gluten-free oat flakes (or buckwheat, millet, etc.)
- around 200 ml of vegetable milk
- ½-1 tsp cardamom
- 1 small handful of various seeds (squash, sunflower, hemp, etc.)
- 1-2 tbsp of Fresh Pollen
- optional: a little organic honey
Recipe
Gently heat everything in a saucepan (except the pollen) for about 5 minutes. Stir well and do not hesitate to adjust the quantity of milk/water in your porridge. Serve in a bowl and add the fresh pollen.
03. “So zen” chia pudding with orange blossom
Ingredients
- 2-3 tbsp chia seeds
- 150-200 ml of vegetable milk
- 1-2 tsp of pure orange blossom hydrosol
- 1-2 tbsp of Fresh Pollen
- Optional: a little organic honey
Recipe
Mix the seeds with the milk and hydrosol, and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Stir several times during this time to ensure a smooth pudding. Feel free to add milk if needed.
