What is pollen?

Pollen is collected by bees from the stamens of flowers during foraging. They bring the pollen back to the hive where they use it as food, particularly as a source of protein.
For us, fresh pollen is an exceptional source of various essential nutrients: live lactic ferments, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, complete proteins... which is in fact an absolutely remarkable (super)food for our health.
Be careful, for you to benefit from its wonderful benefits and increased vitality, the pollen must absolutely be fresh - dry pollen (found in jars in the dry section) being heated, dead pollen, having lost almost all of its active ingredients.
